The Krueger Group was selected through a competitive bidding process to serve as the general contractor for NFP’s new facility in the Bellaire-Puritas neighborhood.
Transforming a former industrial automation facility into NFP’s fifth clinic, the building underwent a comprehensive renovation to meet the high standards required for a modern medical clinic. The newly renovated facility includes:
- 9 full exam rooms and 3 dental exam rooms.
- A conference room that doubles as a staff kitchen for added functionality.
- A dedicated team room for staff collaboration.
- 3 private offices.
- A Medical Assistant (MA) Station.
- Lab and clean storage stations for efficient operations.
Additional scope of work included:
- The construction of a 5’5” Dryvit-finished parapet wall around the perimeter of the building.
- The addition of masonry architectural corner elements on the east, south, and west elevations for enhanced aesthetics.
- Staining of all new and existing masonry upon completion of the exterior renovations.
- Replacement of all storefront systems for a modern, cohesive appearance.
- Replacement of asphalt in the 23-car parking lot.
- A full roof tear-off and replacement to ensure long-term durability and performance.
