Strategically located on over 6.68 acres just off I-90 in Avon, Ohio, the project scope included:

Opened in 2022, the facility features:
- 582 total storage units across 79,150 rentable square feet.
- A full-service on-site office for customer support.
- A unit mix of 73% drive-up and 27% climate-controlled storage options.
- Secure perimeter fencing enclosing the entire property.
- Gated entry and individual access control systems for added security.
- Surveillance and exterior lighting throughout for 24/7 monitoring.
- Paved access lanes for convenient vehicle maneuverability.
- Modern roll-up unit doors and clear wayfinding signage for ease of use.
