Located in University Circle, the Magnolia Clubhouse campus consists of two buildings and a coach house on Magnolia Blvd. which were designed by renowned architects Frank Meade and J. Milton Dyer. The Krueger Group worked with DLR│Westlake Reed Leskosky to revitalize both buildings one floor at a time.

Upon completion, the newly renovated campus maximizes the existing space while incorporating elements that are worthy of the organization’s mission, interior features include:

  • Professional video recording studio.
  • Expanded business commons with multiple workspaces with individual computer stations
  • Renovated member dining rooms and café.
  • Renovated executive offices.
  • Renovated grand staircases at both buildings.
  • Dedicated board room and multiple conference rooms.
  • Renovated high-end resale shop.

Additionally, the following exterior scope of work was completed:

  • Complete rehab and painting of primary elevations of both buildings.
  • Grading and finishing of area between buildings to serve as courtyard for members to mingle.

With tremendous care and respect taken, the Magnolia Clubhouse buildings served as The Krueger Group’s 12th and 13th buildings successfully renovated on Magnolia Drive.
