Triskett Road Storage

The Krueger Group was the developer and is the owner/operator of Triskett Road Storage, an all-in-one storage solution that caters to individuals, businesses and contractors.  Constructed on 6.64+ acres of our property along I-90 in Cleveland, Ohio, the facility opened in 2006 with:

• 24,900 square feet of drive-up units.
• 8,460 square feet of climate-controlled units.
• 4,500 square feet of contractor units.

Since 2010, the storage facility has expanded to adjacent property and has grown to include:

• 6,195 additional square feet of contractor units.
• 4,585 additional square feet of climate-controlled units.
• 16,680 additional square feet of drive-in climate control units.
• 7.3+ additional acres of land.
